Artist Wóokiye Wiŋ

May 9 (Saturday), 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Ramsey County Library - Roseville

Wóokiye Wiŋ is Sisíthuŋwaŋ Waȟpéthuŋwaŋ Dakhóta. She is an artist, illustrator, and teacher whose work draws upon her Ojibwe and Dakhóta heritage.

In her presentation, Wóokiye Wiŋ will discuss her values as an educator and the importance of carrying on her family artistic tradition.
